Representatives of national and regional sport (not just football) federations and clubs, coaches and athletes, undegraduate sports students, sports researchers, PhD students, individuals especially interested in duals carrers, gathered at the UMEA University to discuss the preparatory work of the University in the development of the project’s mentoring programme.

The discussion revolved around the results of the survey of young coaches in sports clubs which was conducted by UMEA. It focused on the need and importance of coaches having access to various tools to holistically address the needs of the athletes and maximise their developments.
