Replay 2.0 is looking for mentors and mentees! But what criteria are we considering?

Mentor (student)

– be a student of the sports university or having studies on sport psychology, – be interested in the project topic,

– good level of English (all materials of the project – Manual and MOOC – are in English), – knowledge of group dynamics,

– to be available for all steps of the project implementation (recruiting, study, implementation, evaluation).

Mentee (Young coach)

– to be a coach under 30 years old,

– to have experience of work at coach position 1-2 years,

to be available for all 9 sessions of the Pilot Programme and Evaluation process

Tutor (project manager, psychologist) implementing the coordination between Mentor and Mentee and facilitating data gathering for evaluation
